Carson Ridge Cabins Elopement | Columbia River Gorge Wedding Photographer

Megan & Elijah eloped at the cutest little cabins on the Columbia River gorge in Carson, WA. It’s owned by a couple who moved out to the area a few years ago and they’ve turned it into quite the romantic getaway. They specialize in small intimate weddings and elopements and even provide an officiant, flowers, and a custom cake for your ceremony. If you are looking for a cozy little spot to tie the knot that doubles as lodging look no further!

Want to know something rad? Megan and Elijah are both NC natives (in case you missed it that’s where I grew up) so I thought it was so awesome that they ended up finding a photographer on the west coast from their home state. It’s funny how the universe brings people together, it’s pretty cool.

Megan wore a stunning dress with fluffy tulle that reminded me of the southern belle brides from back home she looked like an absolute princess. Elijah looked absolutely dapper in his suit and freshly cut hair. The ceremony was held at the back of the property in a quaint little meadow, it was just perfect. We walked around the grounds as the sun dipped below the trees and explored all the unique the features of the venue.

We celebrated back at the cabin with a cutting of the custom made cake courtesy of the owners. They popped champagne and sparkling apple cider. Megan is expecting their first child so she didn’t get to partake in all the bubbly this time but she did get to indulge in the scrumptious cake!
